SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Stay Hybrid OPS. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will be processed and delivered.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods—such as product drops or holidays—processing times may be extended.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or your location.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time—but stay tuned for future updates.


ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at stayhybridops@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll help you out.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at stayhybridops@gmail.com. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
